Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with us! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $35.
  • $5 flat-rate standard shipping on orders under $35.

All prices are in CAD.

Order Processing Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Delivery We ship to Canada and the United States via standard shipping.

  • Canada: Typically arrives within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
  • United States: Typically arrives within 5–10 business days after shipping. Our products are made in Canada and are USMCA-compliant. We have worked with our shipping partner to make sure you don't pay any extra fees, taxes, or customs. If you are asked to do so, please reach out to us.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as transit can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and holidays.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within a few business days, check your spam folder or reach out and we'll help.

Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute or refund orders sent to an incorrect address. If you catch a mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
